Dr. Alicia Ashman-Waugh is the visionary founder of Elevate Kingdom Academy and a Purpose Activation Mentor, divinely mandated by the Lord to raise up Christian women leaders who look unapologetically like Jesus—in both character and power.
The Elevate Mastery Blueprint is the fruit of Alicia’s own 10-year journey—a journey where the Lord rescued her, healed her, and empowered her to walk in authority, courage, and Kingdom impact. This program packages her decade of transformation with an anointing for acceleration, so that in just 4 months, participants can experience breakthroughs, healing, and empowerment that took her 10 years to achieve.

Dr. Alicia’s journey began in Kingston, Jamaica, and has been marked by divine appointments across the globe. After migrating to the United States in her early 20s, her passion for education and inner healing blossomed, eventually leading her to teach and coach in China in 2018—a God-ordained experience that deepened her calling to see women healed, empowered, and walking boldly in their purpose. This journey also birthed Prayer Elite Global, a ministry dedicated to women’s healing, and ultimately led to the founding of Elevate Kingdom Academy.
An accomplished educator, Dr. Alicia currently serves as Principal of El Instituto de Mandevilla, a Christ-centered preparatory school committed to cultivating academic excellence and moral fortitude in the leaders of tomorrow. Her academic achievements include a Doctorate in Curriculum, Teaching, Learning, and Leadership, a Master of Education, and degrees in Business and Teacher Education, alongside recognition as one of Florida’s Top High Impact Teachers.
Beyond her impressive credentials, Dr. Alicia attributes her true qualifications to her faith and surrender to the Holy Spirit. Trained at Bethel School of Ministry in Redding, CA, she embodies radical obedience and a life devoted to bringing heaven to earth. Having walked through trauma, fear, and economic challenges, she now lives victoriously and empowers other women to embrace their God-given identity, step fully into their calling, and lead with authority and impact.
Dr. Alicia shares her life with her husband, Pastor Morton (Steve) Waugh, and their four children, and continues to pour her heart into raising a generation of women leaders who are unapologetically like Jesus in both character and power.
